Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or order values at our discretion.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive order tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Maxnite is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public holidays, strikes, weather disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or failed. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable contact number, the order may be marked undelivered and returned.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available on selected products and serviceable pin codes only. Maxnite reserves the right to disable COD on certain orders based on internal risk checks, location limitations, or order history.
Damaged Package
If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record an unboxing video and contact us immediately at support@maxnite.in.
